The Philippine National Disaster Reduction Commission wrote in the report that more than 3 million people were affected during the transit through the Philippines, and more than 230,000 people were evacuated before the typhoon arrived. In addition, nearly 40,000 houses were damaged.

The agricultural losses are estimated to be approximately 2.7 billion pesos 50 million usd, and the infrastructure losses are approximately 5.2 billion pesos 110 million USD

The report also said that in 8 regions including the capital Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Calabarzon, 316 cities had power outages, of which 60 cities have been restored.
