In order to curb the rapid spread of the pandemic, the Czech government held a press conference on the evening of October 26, local time, announcing that stricter epidemic prevention measures would be implemented again from October 28 to November 3.

From 21:59 pm to 4:59 am the next morning, people are not allowed to go out except for commuting, business activities, walking dogs within 500 meters of their residence, or emergency situations.

In addition, retail stores are prohibited from opening all day on Sundays, from Monday to Saturday from 20 pm to 5 am the next morning. Pharmacies, gas stations, and shops located in airports and train stations are not subject to this restriction.
