February 16th local time, according to the website of the Russian Federation Consumer Rights Protection and Public Welfare Supervision Bureau, international students from countries where flights resume in Russia can only study in school with two negative nucleic acid tests.
Sources pointed out that foreign students need to have a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 within 3 days before arriving in Russia, and a second nucleic acid test within 72 hours after arriving in Russia.
Only foreign students can study in school with Russian or English certificates that the test results are negative twice.
The news emphasizes that international students should self-isolate until the results of the second test come out.
