On the 28th, Park Byung-seok held telephone talks with Russian State Duma President Vyacheslav Volokin and proposed that Russian President Putin visit South Korea.
In addition, Park Byung-seok attended a video conference of the Speakers of the Five Middle Power Collaboratives (MIKTA) composed of South Korea, Mexico, Indonesia, Turkey and Australia on the 17th of this month, expanding the parliamentary diplomatic space.
