(CNN) – South Korean President Moon Jae-in will spend his 69th birthday with his family in a low-profile manner on Jan. 24, local time, according to Korean media reports.
In the first three years of his presidency, Moon Jae-in has reportedly received “small” surprises on his birthday, and in 2018, he received a flower basket from a community member during a kindergarten visit, and his supporters placed an ad in New York’s Times Square at their own expense to celebrate his birthday.
In 2019, he received a birthday cake from a resident at a bakery during a visit to Daejeon City, and in 2020, he played a song ordered by Moon Jae-in to wish him a happy birthday during a guest appearance on SBS Radio.
