February 17th local time, the multinational coalition headquarters led by Saudi Arabia issued a notice that the coalition successfully shot down a drone carrying explosives in the early morning of the same day.
The notice showed that the drone was shot down on the way from Yemen to the southern Saudi city of Hemis Mushet, but did not disclose whether the incident caused casualties, nor did it disclose the specific location of the drone shooting down.
The multinational coalition accused the Houthis in Yemen of launching the attack and said they would take all necessary countermeasures.
