Moscow, December 7 The Russian National Defense Command Center announced on the 7th that Russian warplanes intercepted American and French reconnaissance aircraft over the Black Sea on the same day.
Sources said that the Russian army found aerial targets trying to approach the Russian border while monitoring neutral waters of the Black Sea that day. The Southern Military Region of Russia immediately dispatched Su-30 fighters to identify and intercept targets, and found American RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft, KC-135 aerial refueling aircraft and French C-160G reconnaissance aircraft respectively.
The source also said that Russian fighters always abide by the rules of the use of international airspace in the process of accompanying flights until the other side is far away from the Russian border.
NATO aircraft led by the United States often arrive near the Russian border for reconnaissance activities, which Russia has always been firmly opposed.
