Russian officials: half of Russia’s cyber attacks came from the United States

December 15, the chairman of the “National Sovereign Protection Committee” of the upper house of the Russian parliament, Andrei Klimov, stated at the meeting that according to Russia’s current assessment, 48% to 52% of cyber attacks on sensitive Russian institutions came from the United States.

According to some experts’ statistics, this ratio may be as high as two-thirds. 

Klimov pointed out that the United States has established relevant mechanisms to implement such plans.
