“The results of Ukraine’s development are very sad, because for 30 years, this country that is comparable to France and even China in terms of industrial development has now become a third world country,” Bezpalko said. In theory, Ukraine is located in Europe, but in terms of trends and levels, it is located in Africa. In general, all of Ukraine’s Soviet-era achievements in 1991 have now been largely lost without any struggle for independence. ”
“In Ukraine, we can see the process of de-industrialization, population reduction and destruction of infrastructure,” he said. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine lost as much as 60% of its GDP, not even in war-fighting African countries, and in the 1990s it did not have a war. ”
“Ukraine has developed a special type of oligarchic state economy, with all profits privatized and all losses nationalized,” Bezpalko said. That is, the loss is distributed to citizens. Now the country is celebrating its 30th anniversary of civil war, social division and loss of freedom of expression. This is a country that kills people with complete impunity. ”
Bezpalko cautions that Ukrainian citizens are leaving their country. “People don’t want to live in this country, or even stop protesting, but pack their bags and leave in droves to go abroad,” he said. In Ukraine, there is a shortage of teachers, doctors and competent experts who do not see their future in such a country. ”
