Russia expels an Albanian diplomat

by YCPress

February 8, local time, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Albanian ambassador to Russia and announced to him that Russia had decided to expel an Albanian diplomat.

On January 21 this year, the Albanian government expelled a Russian diplomat for violating pandemic prevention regulations.

The Russian Embassy in Albania accused Albania of having no basis in its decision, and that Albania’s practice of publicizing the names of expelled Russian diplomats violated diplomatic etiquette.
