May 14th local time, Real Madrid FC announced that German midfielder Toni Kroos had been quarantined for close contact with a confirmed case of pneumonia in Coronavirus.
Although the player had previously tested negative for Coronavirus, Cross had to be isolated at home in strict accordance with authorities regulations.
