Putin expressed his willingness to meet with the Ukrainian president in Moscow

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday that if it is to solve the problem in eastern Ukraine, Ukrainian President Zelenko should first meet with representatives of the relevant regions in eastern Ukraine before communicating with third-party countries such as Russia. Russia is ready to welcome Ukrainian leaders to Moscow if it is to improve relations between Russia and Ukraine.
