Putin announces a new strategic command center for nuclear forces Russian President Putin stated at the National Defense Conference that Russia will establish a new strategic command center and this work has entered the final stage. 

Putin also put forward three requirements for the modernization of the nuclear force command system: regular inspections and continuous development must be required to ensure that the Russian nuclear force strategic command system can still operate normally even if it suffers a nuclear attack.
