Due to the sudden change of situation in Myanmar, hundreds of democratic supporters in neighboring Bangkok, Thailand, held a rally outside the Myanmar Embassy in Thailand to protest against the takeover of power by the Myanmar military junta.

The policeman armed batons and shields tried to disperse the demonstrators, while the demonstrators threw roadblocks, metal fences and smoke bombs in return.

February 1, Myanmar’s senior state government, Du Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, state president U Wenmin and other NLD government leaders were controlled by the military, and Myanmar entered a state of emergency.
