Prince Harry and his wife withdrew from social media

January 11 British Prince Harry and wife Meghan decided to withdraw from social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.

British media believe that the reason why the two withdrew was unbearable “hateful” remarks against them on social media.

The Sunday Times reported on the 10th that the Harrys were “disappointed” with those “hate” remarks.

A source close to the Harrys said that the Harrys “does not intend” to use social media to serve their newly established Archwell Foundation and that they will “most likely not” return to social media platforms in their personal capacity in the future.

The Harrys intend to use other ways to promote their work on social media in the future, including posting online videos, appearing on television, choosing some publications to publish articles, or posting information through the Archwell Foundation website.

Harry and Meghan married in the UK in May 2018 and have a son, Archie.

According to their wishes, under the arrangement of the British royal family, the two will no longer hold senior members of the royal family from the end of March 2020, no longer receive public funds to support the royal office, and gradually seek economic independence.
