Accra, January 7 Ghanaian President Akufo-Addo was sworn in on the 7th to begin his second four-year presidential term.
At the inauguration ceremony on the same day, Akufo-Addo said that Ghana has been hit hard by the coronavirus epidemic and will do everything possible to firmly put the country on the road of progress, prosperity and development. At the same time, he called on the people to unite and work together to build the country.
Akufo-Addo was born in March 1944 and was first elected President of Ghana in December 2016. In the presidential election held on December 7, 2020, Akufo-Ado won re-election.
