Pence wrote to Pelosi: Refuse to remove Trump with constitutional amendments

January 13th – On the 12th local time, ABC political reporter Johnny Wehowick tweeted a letter from Vice President Pence to Speaker of the House Pelosi.

In the letter, Pence said he did not believe that it was in the interest of the United States to remove President Trump from the use of the Twenty-fifth Amendment to the Constitution and would not succumb to the House’s request to “engage in this political game at a critical moment in the United States.”
