Johns Hopkins University: the number of new cases on October 31 in the United States increased by 99,321
from the previous day, the highest number of new cases since the outbreak in the United States.
Some experts warn that this rapid growth trend may cause hospitals to exceed their carrying capacity.
Jonathan Reiner. a professor of medicine at
George Washington University, said in an interview with CNN on the 31st
“In the next two weeks, the nearly 100,000 new cases
added yesterday will begin to be a large number of deaths.
“He believes that in the next two or three weeks
the number of new deaths in the United States per day may rise to 2,000.
