Elena Schneider, a reporter from the U.S. political news website Politico, tweeted on November 13 that New York Mayor de Blasio announced that New York would terminate all contracts with the Trump Group on the grounds of “criminal activities”.

De Blasio also said that the Trump Group made $17 million a year in four New York City locations.
