Hungary found the first batch of variant coronaviruses

by YCPress

Hungary’s chief medical officer, Miller Cecilia, confirmed that Hungary has confirmed three cases of variant COVID-19.

The Hungarian government just resumed flights with the UK a week ago.

Last week, Hungary extended the anti-pandemic measures that had been implemented since November last year, including closing schools, hotels, restaurants, etc., and imposing curfews.

Cecilia said that despite the current reduction in the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19, it is not appropriate to relax restrictions for the time being.
