At about 1 a.m. December 8, Myanmar military anti-drug personnel seized a drug truck at the Nao Khu checkpoint in Shan State, together with the local police.

In this truck, the police seized more than 2 million tablets of ephedrine, worth more than 2 billion kyats, about $2 million.

The truck is driven by residents of Xibu, Shan State, and the Naukhu police are further pursuing more people involved in the case.
