Zhu Xiaotong, vice president of Tesla and president of Greater China, said that despite the impact of the epidemic this year, with the support and help of governments and partners at all levels, the construction and production and operation of the super factory have maintained rapid progress.
“Today is just 10 months after the delivery of the first batch of model 3 made in China. The domestic Model 3 can now not only supply the Chinese market on a large scale, but also pass all the certification requirements for entering the European market.”

At present, Tesla’s first-phase Model 3 vehicle production project has reached the designed capacity
and the second-phase Model Y production line is under construction.
