According to CNN, the director of Los Angeles County Public Health Bureau Barbara Ferrer said that the best way
To deal with the coronavirus Variant virus is to continue to comply with the coronavirus health safety guidelines.
Ferrell said that the guidelines require people to wear masks, maintain social distancing, wash their hands frequently and other
methods are still the most effective ways to fight against the coronavirus Variant virus, and he hopes that people will continue to do so.
Ferrell noted that a large Los Angeles vaccination site could hold 4,000 cars, but only 1,100 appointments were accepted per day.
The next priority group of vaccinations includes education and childcare workers, agricultural personnel, first responders and law enforcement personnel.
Meanwhile, Ferrell believes that Los Angeles County is “far from the goal of reopening indoor dining”.
