At present, only 7 of the 15 countries originally included on the list are Australia, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore and China, provided that reciprocity is established on the issue of border opening.

At the end of June, the Council of the European Union negotiated a proposal to phase out the restrictions on entry and adopt a list of countries that will open their borders to the outside world from July 1.
The list agreed by the Council of the European Union is not binding on all EU member states, and not all countries support it.
