So far, after two rounds of political consultations, Draghi has won the support of most political parties, such as the Democratic Party, the Alliance Party, the Power Party and the Vitality Party.
The Italian Five Star Movement Party voted online with 44,177 votes, 59.3%, 30,360 against 40.7%, and passed a bill in favor of Mario Draghi’s government.
Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation DiMayo said that at the most dramatic moment in history, the Five Star Movement Party chose the road to participate, but most importantly, it chose the path of Europe, and chose the values and rights that everyone benefited.
The report pointed out that with the support of most political parties, Draghi may be officially sworn in from February 12 to 15.
He will be officially sworn in to President Matarella as early as the morning of the 12th.
But Matarera said he hoped to give Draghi more time to prepare, or postpone the inauguration to the 15th, so that the new Prime Minister could submit a list of cabinet ministers in the new government before taking office.
