The Italian Ministry of Health issued an announcement that Minister Speranza had signed a decree the day before to lower the pandemic risk level in five regions.

According to the decree, the four regions of Brazillicata, Calabria, Lombardy and Piedmont were adjusted from orange to yellow, and the Abruzzo region was reduced from the highest red level to orange, which took effect on the 13th.

At present, the risk of the pandemic in Italy is divided into three levels: red, orange and yellow from high to low.

Areas in the red level are completely closed and all kinds of non-essential retail stores are closed.

The Orange Zone means that access to these regions is not allowed except for work, health and other emergencies, and access to cities where they are not inhabited; all kinds of catering places are closed, but do not include canteens and delivery services.

The yellow area is the least restricted, but the curfew from 22:00 to 5:00 the next day, the closure of museums and cinemas must also be followed.

After the new decree came into effect, no region in Italy was in the red area of the pandemic; the orange region has four regions and one autonomous province; the lowest yellow region has 15 regions and one autonomous province.
