According to the office of the Iranian President on the 3rd, Iranian President Rouhani said at a cabinet meeting on the same day that there is no room for change in any provision of the Iran nuclear agreement and no other members will be added.
If the other parties cannot accept the existing agreement, then stop talking about the relevant issues.
Rouhani said that the United States needs to understand that they violated UN Security Council resolution 2231 and that Iran did not withdraw from the Iran nuclear agreement, so the United States should return to the Iran nuclear agreement and abide by resolution 2231.
Only sincerity can be exchanged for sincerity, so if Iran sees the actual actions of the United States, Iran will also respond through actual actions.
The United States unilaterally withdrew from the Iran nuclear agreement in May 2018 and exerted “extreme pressure” on Iran.
In response, Iran began to reduce the implementation of Iran’s nuclear agreement commitments in five steps since May 2019, breaking through the limits on enrichment and reserves, as well as the restrictions on the number and development of centrifuges.
In December 2020, Iran passed the Anti-Sanctions Strategy Law, which stipulates that if the Western sanctions against Iran are not “un loosened”, it will suspend the voluntary implementation of the Additional Protocol to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Agreement at the end of February 2021.
Iran has repeatedly urged the United States to lift sanctions against Iran and return to the Iran nuclear agreement, and stressed that all Iran’s nuclear programs are reversible.
