Iranian media: U.S. Treasury imposes new sanctions on Iran

According to many Iranian media reports, on the 3rd local time, the U.S. Treasury Department announced the imposition of new sanctions on Iran, which was imposed on a local Iranian company named Shahid Mesami and its leaders.

Iranian media quoted foreign media reports that the company is a subsidiary of the Research and Innovation Organization of the Iranian Ministry of Defense, and the recently assassinated Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsin Fakrizad is the head of the organization.
