According to Iran’s official news agency, Iran News Agency on April 4 local time, Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif talked with British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab on the phone to urge the relevant European countries of the Iran nuclear agreement to abide by their agreement commitments and make constructive efforts at the upcoming talks in Vienna.
During the phone call, the two sides discussed the latest progress of the Iran nuclear agreement, and Zarif once again stressed that the United States must lift all illegal and unfair sanctions and obtain the approval of Iran. In this case, Iran will fully implement its agreed commitments again. Raab said that he would strive to make the meeting fruitful.
Previously (April 3), Zarif talked on the phone with French Foreign Minister Ludrian, calling on France to participate in the Vienna Dialogue constructively and fulfill its commitments to the Iran nuclear agreement and stop complying with illegal sanctions imposed by the United States.
On April 2, the 18th meeting of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (Iraq Nuclear Agreement) was held by video. The parties decided to hold an offline meeting in Vienna, Austria, on April 6, at which Iran and United States representatives will be held, but there will be no direct dialogue.
