Duterte said that from December 1 to December 31, the capital Metro Manila, Davao, Iloilo, Takloban, Iligan, Badayan, Lanao Sul and other places will continue to implement general community isolation measures; at the same time, North Davao Province will be included in the areas under general isolation measures. Other parts of the Philippines will implement improved general community isolation measures.

According to the current classification of quarantine measures in the Philippines, improved general community isolation measures are the most relaxed community isolation measures.

Duterte reminded people to stay at home as much as possible during the epidemic. Even if you need to go out to work or purchase daily necessities, you must wear masks and do a good job of protection.

In addition, Philippine Health Minister Du Kai said that the New Year’s holiday is approaching, and the number of new cases in the Philippines is likely to soar, and the Ministry of Health is ready to take measures to contain the epidemic.

As of 4:00 p.m. on November 30, the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Philippines reached 431,630, with a total of 8,392 deaths and 398,658 cured.
