Ikuo Kamajima, governor of Kumamoto Prefecture, said on the same day that he would make the same request to the government.
According to a report by Japan’s Kyodo News Agency on the 11th, Ōmura said during the live television broadcast on the same day that he would hold an epidemic meeting with the governors of Qifu and Mie Prefectures, which belong to the same Donghai region, on the 12th, and together after the meeting, he asked the government to issue another declaration of emergency.
After the resumption of the state of emergency, the opening hours of restaurants in the East China Sea will be shortened to 8 p.m., and the stores that provide alcoholic beverages will be shortened to 7 p.m.
Kumamoto Prefecture also held an epidemic conference on the 11th to confirm that the infection status in the county has reached the highest level of “level 4”.
After the meeting, Kumamoto Governor Kamajima said that he would ask the government to issue a declaration of emergency again, and also planned to cooperate with surrounding counties to ensure that the restrictions were effective.
So far, the state of emergency has been restarted in Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama and Kanagawa Prefectures in the Japanese capital circle.
Osaka, Kyoto and Hyogo prefectures in the Kansai Circle have officially requested, and the Japanese government is studying whether to issue a declaration.
