On October 26, local time, the Chilean Ministry of Health released the latest data. There were 1,505 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in the country, with a total of 503,598 confirmed cases; 59 new deaths
with a total of 14,003 deaths; and a total of 479,877 cured cases. There are 9634 cases. A total of 37,832 nucleic acid tests were performed on that day, and the positive rate was 3.98%.
In the press conference that day, the Chilean Ministry of Health confirmed that swimming pools, movie theaters and gymnasiums will gradually reopen.
At present, only cinemas and gyms in areas that are in the fourth stage of the national defense epidemic, the “initial restart stage”, are allowed to open to the public. Audiences are required to wear masks in the cinema, eating is not allowed, and they must keep a distance of more than one meter from each other.
The gym requires customers to control their exercise time within 1 hour and maintain a distance of two meters from each other.
