December 30 at least 14 cases of COVID-19 variants originally found in the United Kingdom have been reported in many parts of Spain.
Among them, 6 cases have been confirmed in Madrid, and 13 suspected cases of COVID-19 variants are being confirmed; 5 cases are also confirmed in Andalusia, 4 people have entered Spain from the United Kingdom
1 person was infected due to close contact with the confirmed case, and 7 suspected patients are still to be confirmed; Valencia, Galicia Two and one variant cases of COVID-19 were also reported.
The health department of Andalusia issued a report that all cases of infection entering the United Kingdom were reported negative for nucleic acid tests
but then showed symptoms, so it called on the Spanish central government to uniformly implement stricter controls on inbound passengers.
