British Chief Scientific Adviser: Wear masks until next winter

Sky News reported on the 8th local time that Patrick Vallance, the chief scientific adviser of the British government, urged the British people to continue to strictly abide by the guidelines of social isolation.

It is not clear whether the vaccine can effectively stop the spread of the novel coronavirus. Valens also added that people still need to wear masks in public places, which may last until the winter of 2021.
