April 28th David Calhoun, Boeing’s chief executive, said in his first-quarter 2021 results from the Chicago-based company that the success of the U.S. aerospace industry depended on Chinese orders and that the Biden administration should seek better trade relations with China. Calhoun reiterated that the Chinese market will account for 25 per cent of global aviation growth over the next decade.
