According to a report by the Russian satellite news agency on January 20, President-elect Biden will launch the “100 Days Masking Challenge” on his first day in office.
Accordingly, his team issued a statement calling on Americans to wear masks for at least 100 days.
“Today, the president-elect will launch the ‘100 Days of Wear Mask Challenge’ campaign, calling on Americans to do their own contribution and fulfill their patriotic duty to wear masks for 100 days,” the statement said.

Biden plans to issue a decree on the first day of his presidency that people in and within all federal buildings and in the federal government must wear masks and maintain social distancing.
