U.S. media quoted government sources as saying that U.S. President Biden plans to deliver an important speech on the country’s foreign policy on February 1, which will be Biden’s first foreign policy speech.
According to NBC on January 30, a senior government official revealed that Biden will give a speech on February 1 to clarify his views on a foreign policy aimed at “restore the global status of the United States”.
Biden is expected to sign several additional executive actions, including a task force to unite immigrant groups to “show the nation’s efforts to take a new way.”
White House Press Secretary Pusaki previously said at a press conference that Biden will go to the State Department on February 1 and meet with Secretary of State Anthony Blincoln.
NBC said that Biden’s first major foreign policy speech since taking office is likely to be held during the State Department meeting.
