December 30th. On the 30th, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga was exposed by Japanese media and went to the bookstore for 10 minutes, and specially selected a book related to COVID-19.

According to Japan’s TBS TV station, on the 30th, Yoshihide Suga came to the bookstore in Minato, Tokyo. He wandered around the bookstore for about 10 minutes and bought a book called “Japanese History of Infectious Diseases”, a historical book on Japan’s response to infectious diseases.

In addition, he also bought some economic magazines and several other books, as well as 3 handbooks.

After visiting the bookstore, Suga Yoshihide and his secretary came to a nearby soba noodle shop for lunch.

As the new crown pneumonia epidemic continues to spread in Japan, Suga Yoshihide previously announced that the Japanese Prime Minister’s New Year’s routine-visiting Ise Jingu, has been postponed. At the end of the year, the New Year is the most important festival among all the celebrations for the Japanese.

The Japanese pay special attention to New Year and New Year’s Eve activities, but this year, catching up with the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Suga Yoshihide has just called for a “quiet New Year holiday” in public.
