According to the latest news from Reuters on the 5th, a ferry carrying about 50 passengers collided with a cargo ship in Bangladesh on the 4th, killing at least 26 people and missing many others.
On the 5th, 21 bodies had been recovered. According to local officials, most of the bodies were found inside the ferry after it was dragged ashore.
The ship collision reportedly occurred in the Shitalakhsyaa River, south of the capital Dhaka. Officer Kabir Hussein said that at the time of the incident, the ferry was sailing from Narayangan, about 20 kilometers away from Dhaka, to Monshiganj.
