December 19th, local time, the government of Aragon, Spain, announced that due to the signs of a rebound in the COVID-19 epidemic, the movement of people will continue to be banned from the three provinces of the region except for force majeure from December 21 local time, and the regional borders will remain closed, and the measure will be extended.
Continuing through January 12, 2021, people are only allowed to enter and leave the province of residence for family visits between December 23 and 26 and December 30 to January 2, 2021.
In addition, places such as ski resorts in the region will not be open to the public during the Christmas holiday.
Previously, the government of Aragon announced that residents would be allowed to move freely within the region from December 21.
