An avalanche attacked an Indian outpost, killing 1 person and wounding 2 Indian soldiers
November 18th, India encountered an avalanche at a forward military post in the Kupwala area of Kashmir, killing one Indian soldier and wounding two other soldiers.
According to a report from “India Today” on the 18th, heavy snow hit the Indian Army outpost in the Kupwala area at around 8 o’clock that evening, and three soldiers were buried.
Although these soldiers were subsequently rescued and taken to the hospital, one of the soldiers died. Indian media pointed out that just a few days ago, after heavy snowfall in Kashmir, as the weather continued to deteriorate, the area had issued an avalanche warning.
