Amazon CEO Bezos’ ex-wife donated more than $4 billion in four months

According to the Capitol Hill on the 16th, Mackenzie Scott, the ex-wife of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, said she had donated more than $4 billion in the past four months.

Scott outlined his charitable donations, which she said were mainly to help communities with food insecure and racial inequality, a post the billionaire philanthropist published in the media called 384 Ways to Help.

“Scott’s charitable contributions totaled nearly $6 billion in 2020,” said Melissa Berman, CEO of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. This is certainly one of the biggest annual donations of living individuals.”
