According to Afghan Dawn TV 21 local time, the Taliban said the same day, thousands of people are currently trying to withdraw from Afghanistan, the Taliban are not responsible for the chaos at Kabul airport.
A Taliban spokesman said Western countries should do better to help their personnel leave. Although flights for evacuation resumed on Friday ( 20 ) , people still congregate near the airport , causing traffic disruption , and those eligible to leave are struggling to catch their flights .
