November 26th – According to two people familiar with the matter quoted by the U.S. media Axios on the 25th, John Balsa, the acting director of the U.S. Agency for International Development, tested positive for COVID-19 and notified his subordinates.
According to UNDP employees, Barsa hardly wears a mask in the office. U.S. media pointed out that while Balsa was infected with the novel coronavirus, the institutions it managed were facing post-election job challenges.
Previously, Axios exposed the recording of Balsa’s phone calls that threatened his subordinates. In the recording, Balsa claimed that if subordinates began to look for new jobs after the election, he would “wrew up” their employment prospects.
