A Variant Coronavirus found in the UK has spread in Colombia

Local time on the 16th, Colombia’s National Institutes of Health informed that the United Kingdom reported the Variant Coronavirus has been transmitted in Colombia. The agency said cases of the Variant Coronavirus, which is more contagious than the common coronavirus, have been detected in the province of Kaldas, Colombia’s important coffee-producing region.

Local time on the 16th, the Colombian Ministry of Health informed that, so far, the country has confirmed a total of 2619422 cases of Coronavirus pandemic, including 729,061 cases in the capital Bogota, the country’s cumulative deaths of 67,564 cases.
