According to the Russian News Agency, citing the emergency department of Tver Oblast, a four-story brick building in the area partially collapsed, covering an area of 1,000 square meters.
According to preliminary verification, there were no one in the abandoned building at the time of the accident. Rescue workers have arrived at the scene.
