According to the epidemic data released by the Ministry of Health of India on the 6th, India has 96,982 new confirmed cases compared with the previous day, with a total of 1,268,049 confirmed cases; 446 new deaths and a total of 165,547 deaths. New Delhi is one of the most affected areas in India, with a total of 679,96 confirmed cases and 11,096 deaths as of the 6th.
Recently, with the rapid rebound of the epidemic, many places in India have announced the implementation of new prevention and control measures. Maharashtra, the worst affected by the epidemic, announced on the evening of the 4th that a curfew will be imposed from 20 o’clock to 7:00 the next day from the 5th to the end of this month.
During the curfew, only shops that provide necessary services will be allowed to open, and bars, cinemas, swimming pools and religious places will be closed.
