Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, at 2:35 pm on November 15th, 18 kilometers southeast of Pio V. Corpuz (Masbate), Masbate Province, the central Philippines.

A magnitude 5.0 earthquake occurred with a focal depth of 18 Kilometers. The epicenter was at 11.81 degrees north latitude and 124.19 degrees east longitude. Aftershocks are expected, but no damage will be caused.
