According to the New York Post on the 6th, Alexandria Allen, a former substitute teacher in Kentucky, was accused of raping an eighth-grade student, including having improper sex in a hotel.
It is understood that 25-year-old Allen, a former substitute teacher at a high school, was arrested by Georgetown police on three third-degree rape charges on Monday.
The police arrest warrant said that Allen had contact with a 15-year-old boy while in a position of authority or public trust in the school. Police said that the man no longer went to this school.
According to the arrest warrant, the rape occurred between March and October last year and occurred in three locations, including the Hilton Garden Hotel in Georgetown.
The boy’s mother reported the case to the police last October after she found nude photos and videos of him and Allen on her mobile phone. The mother told the police at the time that Alan was her son’s governess.
The mother told the TV station, “I feel disgusted because the tutor should have helped him, and she was not helping him at all.”
Allen’s lawyer reportedly pleaded her acquittal on Tuesday.
The judge reduced Allen’s bail to $2,500 and ordered her not to contact the victim. It is reported that she will return to the court for a first instance on February 2.
Darin Allgood, assistant police department in Georgetown, confirmed Allen’s arrest on Monday, adding that she may face other charges. Algood said, “Allen used to be a substitute teacher at a high school in town, and that’s how they know each other.
We are very confident in the charges against her.
