“Room N” is operated by many people, of which the most attention is the person nicknamed “Doctor”, whose real name is Zhao Zhubin. Since 2019, Zhao Zhubin has uploaded a large number of photos of suspected sexual crimes in the “Doctoral Room” and extorted victims.
On March 25, 2020, Zhao Zhubin was transferred to the prosecution for review and prosecution. South Korean prosecutors detained and charged Zhao Zhubin on 14 counts on April 13. In October, South Korean prosecutors requested that Cho Joo-bin be sentenced to life imprisonment and wear electronic anklets for 45 years.
